20.   To summarize:  The Roman Catholic Church and it’s head (the pope) IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE ANTICHRIST.  One of the titles supposedly assigned to the pope (and MEANS ANTICHRIST) calculates to 666.  She fits all the descriptive texts from Revelation 17.  She thinks to change times and laws (Dan. 7:25) by changing the sabbath from Saturday to Sunday and eliminating one of the 10 commandments.  She violates and contradicts the Scriptures at almost every point (calls men Father – Matt. 23:9; forbids to eat meats and to marry – 1^st Tim. 4:3; re-sacrifices Christ at every mass – Heb. 9:28; etc.).  She blasphemies God at every turn (Blasphemy of the Roman Catholic Organization).  She exalts herself above God (2^nd Thes. 2:4).  The list goes on and on and on.

 

 

I think the evidence is pretty clear.  But the Jesuits have done such a masterful job of influencing the church with their fictional futurist/pre-trib lies (Post Trib Evidence Part 1; Post Trib Evidence Part 2; Post Trib Evidence Part 3), that the church seems to IGNORE all the evidence pointing to the antichrist and instead they blindly look forward to some future coming dictator.  Antichrist has ALWAYS been with us.  She is just currently subdued after her near death blow in 1798 when Napoleon conquered Rome and banished the pope(Napoleon Banishes Pope).  But since 1929 when her land was restored (Lateran Treaty)she has been regaining her power and influence (Deadly Wound Healed?).  Protestants may have forgotten the dark ages, but Rome hasn’t.  She still claims that authority and as soon as she has the power you had better believe she is going to enforce it!!  She will cause all to take a mark of allegiance and we will have the dark ages.  Only this time she has the technology to enforce it WORLD WIDE.
